Support Times

It is currently Tuesday 11:09 am local time. Our support times are generally 9am - 5pm, Mon-Fri although we occassionaly respond to support requests on weekends and later at night.

Support Types

All support requests are handled via a support ticketing system. We don't do video calls or phone calls but rest assured, our support is highly rated and among the best in the business.

Most support tickets are responded to within 24 hours. Please allow extra time during weekends and holidays.
