It is currently Friday 2:19 am local time. Our support times are generally 9am - 5pm, Mon-Fri although we occassionaly respond to support requests on weekends and later at night.
All support requests are handled via a support ticketing system. We don't do video calls or phone calls but rest assured, our support is highly rated and among the best in the business.

When can you expect a reply?
We always try to answer support tickets within 2 hours during our operating times. Our support team is based in Australia and operates 9am - 5pm AEST (+10 UTC) Mon-Fri. This is around 10pm - 6am in London and 5pm - 1am in New York.
